Hi Dave,
Have you tried saving your site as an .STP file
1) Click on "Common Tasks"
2) "Manage Sites & Workspaces"
3) Choose your workspace and click on "Settings"
4) Under "Develop & Customize" choose "Save site as a template"
5) Give it a file name and click OK
When you want to upload this template to other sites, do the following:
1) Click on "Common Tasks"
2) "Create New"->"Applications & Workspaces"
3) "Upload"

Hi Tara.
I followed your instructions, but it doesn't save the .STP file to my desktop PC. Took a bit of digging, but found that it had saved to the Site Templates Gallery (go to Coomon Tasks->Modify this Application or Workspace->Site Templates.
To save it onto my desktop PC (so that it can be uploaded into another site) I then had to click on the template name and save it to my PC.
