Protect images using script

I try to protect a image using javascript, specifically, using clipboard.clear() function of javascript. When I use IE 6, I not have any problem, but, when using IE 7, the explorer permit me copy image using prt scr button and copy image option mouse, I don't know what is the problem, because in IE 6 is good, but, IE 7 not.
