Disabling the copy functionof the browser is outside of the scope of this forum. You should check out one of the forums on Internet Explorer and scripting. You probably have to override the right-click context menu behavior, but that should be documented well for you over there.
Regarding the "contact us" form, in the beta release, the customer email address is the From address of the email you receive from the form.
If you are on the new version of Office Live (not the Beta), the From address is contactusform@officelive.com but the "reply-to" field of the email is the customer's address.
If you have Office Live Essentials or Premium, you can also create your own form to collect data using the data sharing feature. Check out this section of the Office Live dev guide for more info.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. I was talking about disabling the copy function of the visitor so he/she can't copy photos/text from my site. I am now usingthe right click disable inside the picture tax itself.
I also don't know how to figure out the e-mail address of the sender when I get a message sent to me from "contact us" form.
How to disable "copy" function on your images

Hi Jelena,
This does not look like an Office Live question. If it is, please clarify exactly what steps you are using to see this copy function.
Thanks!
