I am using Outlook 2007 beta and wish to install the Instant Search component. When I click on the prompt, IE browser window opens, but remains blank. Otherwise, IE works okay. Is there a fix

I'm not sure why you're seeing the blank Internet Explorer window. You can, however, install the instant search feature by downloading Windows Desktop Search 3.0 beta 2 from this location:
