I hope someone can help with this... I`m a member of a few forums which require me to login each time I visit hence I usually save their cookies in my Temporary Internet Files folder so I remain logged in. I tried to selectively delete the cookies I do not want but they just stay there undeleted.The instructions in the IE7 Help section "Deleting Cookies > To Delete A Single Cookie." does not work..the cookies still remain.

I use Jason Levine's "Cookie Jar". It is free and clean. You can save specific cookies and delete the rest with a couple of clicks. I've used it for some time in IE6, and it still seems to work fine in IE7.
