Just to confirm - I can install TFS workgroup edition for 5 developers initially (all with VSTS Developer editions), and when we need more than 5, I can upgrade to the full TFS edition at a later date There's no gotchas when it comes time to upgrade

The biggest trouble people have is upgrading to volume licensing. Upgrading requires you to type a key, but volume-licensed copies don't have a key printed on them; you had to manually extract it from the disc. I believe that snafu has been ironed out by our sales team by now.
