Desginer TypeLoad Failure

I am having problem when I switch to designer on one of my windows forms; the designer displays an error message saying something like:
One or more errors encountred while loading the designer.... TypeLoad failure. Unable to load one or more of the requested types...
followd by a trace. I've already seen this KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912019/en-us), and tried disabling indexing, cleaning and rebuilding the solution. I am unable to get the hotfix, is there any other solution
