I don't know if this is the right place for this.. but... when I compile my program via command line based ( C:\c-sharp>csc.exe /target:winexe /out:c:\c-sharp\blah.exe c:\c-sharp\blah.cs) then I upload it to my server.. .then I download it... and when I try to run it I get the following error message.
