Issue with WWF in VS2005 in Vista 5472

I'm facing the following error when trying to create a new Workflow project

E:\Users\administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\hrdkibtt.ret\Temp\TestWorkflow2.csproj(64,11): The imported project "E:\Program Files\MSBuild\Microsoft\Windows Workflow Foundation\v3.0\Workflow.Targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

OS: Vista Build 5472

Other tools installed:

> MicrosoftR WindowsR Software Development Kit (SDK) for July

> Microsoft Visual Studio Code Name “Orcas” Community Technology Preview – Development Tools for .NET Framework 3.0

> Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation (tried with RC2, RC4, Beta 2_2)

Do I need to install any other components It was working fine with Vista Build 5456.
