I can't seem to find any specific documentation on what to do when going from the express to the pro versions. All the documentation speaks about is Standard and up versions of the software.
The software that is currently on my computer is the following:
1) Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition ENU
2) Mircosoft Platform SDK (3790.1830)
3) Microsoft Net. Framwork 1.1
4) Microsoft Net. Framwork 1.1 Hotfix (KB886903)
5) Microsoft Net. Framwork 2.0
What do I uninstall and in what order Do I need to uninsall the Platform SDK Thanks for any reply I get to this.

Yes you can just uninstall the express products. One thing to note is that the VS System uses common files and this can reduce the install footprint on the drive. Also if these files are used by other systems that are installed they will be left after the uninstall.

You do not have to uninstal any of the above programs as they can all run together. The only problem you will have if the file assosiations. You should make sure that you have the VS 2005 prod installed last then you can make sure that al the file assosiations are set to load in VS Pro.
But in Short you will not have a problem installing the system on yur machine as it is.
