Presently, remote debugging is only supported in the Visual Studio Professional IDE.
We have added remote debugging support (from the VSTA IDE) to the VSTA deve team's wish list for vNext!
Since Machine Debug Manager is used to support debugging for the Microsoft Script Editor, I believe that it does not support assembly debugging.
