Can someone clear this for me, i am learning VB and i dont know if WPF is a different software or its made by VB or C++,ect.... because how do they make these effects, do they make them in Photoshop or VB,C++,C#. also i went to a site and i was trying to download Movie sample with 3D and reflection, but with what Do i open it with, i tryed it with VB and C++ and it said {Could not be loaded, file moved or Renamed or not on the computer}. do i need to download some software of something, Can someone help Please. To create apps you could use VS with Cider extensions

looks like you got vista which comes with .NET 3.0. So you can run WPF apps
so skip the .net 3.0 installation step.

Thanks Alot, now i am clear on this
but one more problem, I downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0. and an Error came out it said { You must use "Turn windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to in stall or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0. }
