I just uploaded version 0.1.2 on filefront http://hosted.filefront.com/ClydeCoulter in the XNA folder. I'm still working with CodePlex for a project there. (I think they thought it was for the same project since Quad and Oct were the only part of the name difference).
I have made several fixes to and add more support for the OcttreeGameComponent class and added a simple example of the same in the TestOcttree1 project.
I really would like some feedback on this project and the Quadtree project since there have been lots of downloads.
How are you using it Are you using it or just curios Problems Enhancement that you have made....etc....
Post to answer this post or use the Forum at the quadtree project on CodePlex for both projects until I get the Octree project at codeplex.

Thanks for the reply Kurt, looking forward to hear about your experiences. Especially what you might run into while adding some sort of navigation for your craft in the space world. I'm pondering on some concepts for that now.

I downloaded the 1.1 version but it was a few days before I got to play with it. Firing up the sample project, the first thing that came to mind was the old game "Elite", which was an old space-based trading game :) Good memories.
I'm downloading the 1.2 version now, and I'm planning on playing with it a bit to try adding some mobile objects and things, so I'll post about my experiences afterward.
