  Hi there I'm new to wortking with datasets and dataadapters etc and was hoping someone could tell me if what i want to do is possible and if so point me to some help. I am writing a Windows Mobile 5.0 application in visual studio 2005 which is to store and edit data on a pocket pc using sqlmobile2005 The part of the application i'm stuck with consists of 3 stages, the first two of which i have completed successfully.   Has anybody successfully mapped a network drive to a Windows server across WiFi with a Windows Mobile 5 device Please enlighten me on what you did to accomplish this as I'm getting the error message "The network path was not found" followed by "The network resource was not found, or you don't have permission to connect to the network." no matter what I've tried and I've even configured my Windows XP Home edition to share drives and still the same problem.   Hi, I am using VB.net and Visual Studio 2005 to compile a program for a Pocket PC with MicrosoftR Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. What I want to do is to display data on datagrid without selecting data from a database. I know that one way to display data on datagrid is to first select data from database using "sqlCeDataAdapter" and then fill the data into a dataTable of a DataSet.   Hey all! I'm comming across fustrations with the sql querying tool that is built into visual studio 2005. I'm trying to query a Sql Server CE 3.0 database, and have dropped a few tables onto the diagram pane, and select my columns and everything queries fine. However, if I change my join between the two tables to a Right outer join, the designer automatically slaps a '{ oj ... }' around my where clause which isn't supported by sql server ce 3.0. Anytime I remove it and try to execute my query it automatically re-adds these sumbols and displays an error to me.   I have converted an application from pocket pc to smart phone. In one of its form I have a dynamically created radiobutton array. Now as radio button is not supported i have to use check boxes.   Hi, Is there a way to get the geo code frrom the IP address or the Zipcode I have looked at options from sites like http://www.localsearchmaps.com/geo/ by_ip=1&ve=1 We would prefer using the VE api. • Docpro777 WM5 Device Emulator and ActiveSync, not connecting

  Hi All, I am following this tutorial, http://mobiledeveloper.wordpress.com/2006/07/12/emulator-101/, and am trying to connect my Emulator through ActiveSync (which is installed on my PC). In Device Emulator Manager I right clickon the Emualtor (that is connected) and select Cradle, but ActiveSync doesn't run. The Icon in my TaskBar is still grey. In Device Emulator Manager I have like a pipe icon next to the Emulator that is connected, but am not sure what this actually means.   Has anyone been able to successfully use Virtual Earth with ASP.NET I can load a map in an aspx page, but then I get an IE exception saying IE can't navigate to that page. If I copy the same code, remove the asp.net controls, and name the file test.html, it works fine.   Hi, I am a Mobile Computing student and I have got serious toubles with the registration of a Bluetooth-service on Windows Mobile 5 . I am using the WSASetService() method (the whole thing works perfectly on XP) and I need (because of Windows Mobile) to create an SDP record using the bthnscreate.exe tool, which I just can't find on my device. So I just used an example spd record code from msdn, write the BYTE[] into a blob object and pass it in the 'lpBlob' member of the WSAQUERYSET structure, but all I get is an error 10022 ... 'WSAEINVAL' - invalid argument.   I have followed David Kline's example of a "Non-Modal Splash Screen" in a PocketPC 2003 application under .NET CF 2.0 SP1. All works well except that during the initialisation of the main form, before it is shown, the top Title bar containing the "Start" menu overwrites the top of the Splash Form bitmap.
