  I was wondering, how exactly does the connection manager work. Let me describe a scenario. My application was using GPRS to connect to internet and do its business. Now the user enables WiFi and is connected to a WiFi network. so what will happen now. The connection that my app used was made with GPRS, and now that we have WiFi up, new connections will be made with WIFI and my old connection made using GRPS will also live, am i right or is this not the way connection manager will work regards When you request a connection you pass a Guid of the network to connect to - if this is the standard internet destination guid then both the GPRS and WiFi connections should provide a route to this network.   Hi, I want to create Installer for my project which is developed in VS 2005. But I dint find relevant information to build Installer with VS 2005. I already tried with this link http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp url=/library/en-us/dnppcgen/html/netcfdeployment.asp which is based on VS 2003 (but i have tried with VS 2005). Actually I am confused while creating .bat file. I have used Batch Build option from Build menu. but no .bat file is creted. Can any one guide me how to proceed to create Installer.   Hello Experts, How can I find the availability/status of a GPRS connection What I mean: If GPRS is available If available, if GPRS is connected already or needs to be connected. I just know how to create a fresh connection to the GPRS. I would also like to know if I can find out the connection status of GPRS and use the same handle, if I want to disconnect same GPRS connection. • Boerboon New project wizard fails when creating a smart device project

  Both below attempts are failed for me: Visual C++ > Smart Device > Win32 Smart Device Project Visual C++ > Smart Device > MFC Smart Device Project On the status bar, it says "project creation failed." For Win32, it returns to the previous screen. For MFC, it returns an error says "An error has occurred in the script on this page". Then it returns to the previous screen.   Firefox 2.0.0.1 (and Netscape 8.0.3.3 with 'display as Firefox' set) give the following Javascript error from the http://dev.cirtualearth.net/standard/v2/MapControl.js file: "aw.attachEvent() is not a function" when rendering my site: http://www.svrsig.org/cgi-bin/ggmap.cgi My site uses the method described in Computer Shopper to display the virtual earth map control. It works fine in IE6 (although I am told it fails in IE7 - I have ignored this for the present as I have had many people encountering bugs in IE7, like wrong pages fetched from google searches etc.).   We have observed an issue in the Reporting in LIVE environment where in the data we get from the API (Keyword Performance Report with customized option) for given account and day. is different from the data we see on the adcenter site. I am not sure if the data returned by the API is incorrect or the data displayed on adcenter site is incorrect. The difference is in the range of 2-4 %.   Hi there I'm fairly new to application developing for pocket pc though I have some experience in vb.net with visual studio 2005. I've started with a very simple project to start with. I have a form with a data grid attached to a database in a remote server. The data set is filled when the form loads and that's it.
