• Job Lot Favicon in IE7

  Hi My site uses a FAVICON, which works well in IE7. However, I've noticed that if you create a shortcut to a webpage on your XP desktop, the FAVICON is used as the desktop icon. My favicon.ico file has 2 res images of the file, 16x16 and 32x32. However, the desktop icon picks up the 16x16 version and uses that. Is there a way to make it use the 32x32 version. Or can I get windows to use a default icon. Thanks I have the same problem! Even worse. All the other icons of different webpages work on my Internet Explorer, only mine does not. • StuartGM "Windows Desktop Search 3.0 Beta 2" returns no results for one Administrator

  Windows XP multi-user environment. Installed WDS while logged in as an Administrator and it worked fine. However, the other administrator gets "Nothing found in all locations for query" for every search. It doesn't matter whether the first administrator is logged on or not. I rebuilt the index from the second administrator's account but he still gets no results. Any ideas Thanks for all responses.   Hello all, I'm happy to announce that Microsoft has introduced a hotfix that addresses the problems that occur when users with roaming profiles attempt to access WDS from a new machine.   I have istalled WDS 2.65 and the lotus notes plug-in, I didn't find any option to specify which databases WDS would index. WDS indexed all files under Notes dirctory, it found the notes directory, however it didn't index any thing inside Notes database. When using the search term " and [insert anything here] the following exception is thrown: " Syntax error near 'x' in the full-text search condition 'formsof(inflectional, """) and formsof(inflectional," x")'.   Hello there! I need some advice on starting a project. Basicaly this project needs to use a search/indexing service to keep track of file/folders in one "root" folder, located on a server. The service only keeps track of what is going on in that "root" folder, nothing else on the server. I am not sure how I should implement this. So far I am thinking I can be able to use WDS.   Using SQL 2000 on both servers I have succesfully installed reports on standalone server. Need to test installation on separate SQL(CS2007 tables) and SQL(dw table and dw cubes) Analysis server.
