  Hi there, just thought I'd rant about tabbed browsing in Internet Explorer. I've got some suggestions based around the UI and how a user might expect the system to work. I hope this isn't all stuff you've heard before. Was going to post on Microsoft Connect Firstly, it would be nice if Internet Explorer remembered my tab order (not just the arrangement of the tabs in the browser, but which one was last accessed), and returned me to the correct previous tab upon closing the active one. This behaviour is adding an extra click when browsing through lists of links that open in new tabs, as I have to return to the correct tab (that contains the list) before I can click again to the next item. • Gulden Extending the order system : problem with OrderGroupId

  We've extended the order system to include a collection of PaymentEvents (credit card authorization, capture, etc) associated with an OrderForm. We've implemented a SetParent method to set the OrderGroupId of the PaymentEvent to the OrderGroupId of the OrderForm. The problem comes when we call SaveAsOrder on the basket. Internally, the guid of the OrderGroup gets changed. Also, the commerce server runtime seems to call SetParent on its "internal" objects to update the OrderGroupId but it doesn't do so for the PaymentEvent object. I had a look through the docs on extending the order system but i couldn't find a scenario that seemed to address this.   OK, now I have seen everything. I have tried every remedy suggested to get my search to work. NOTHING!! Then, as a desparate last try I did unselect the data file to be searched. I couldn't believe it. IT WORKED. I had to do this a few times to believe it. Tools >> Instant Search >> Search Options >> "uncheck" the data file you want to be searched Its running in cached mode and unchecking the Exchange mailbox under Instant Search allowed me to find items in the mailbox.   Hello, I would like to update stock items in Commerce Server 2007 using BizTalk 2006. What I can see so far is that I should be using the Commerce Server Inventory BizTalk Adapter.   hi, I just download and install IE7. Don't like the tab browsing thing and try to revert back to familar IE6 menu bar etc. Manage to get back classic menu on TOP of address bar (which IE7 never provide such option) after some google search. Tries to remove all icons in command bar. But after restart a new IE7, the defaults icons came and is quite annoying. No matter how many times I remove, they will still come back. Discover the command bar cannot "move" to be inline (at least) with address bar even toolsbar is unlocked. Also unable to find any solution to disable or hide it.   Hi, In WDS 2.6.5 it was possible to scan network drives. In WDS 3.0 Beta 2 this is not possible. When will this feature be returning. As it stands, due to My Documents being redirected and other files being stored on network locations WDS 3.0 isn't much use in a corporate environment.   Printing in a web app isn't easy. I have an application that loads a page into an Iframe, and a button outside of the iframe that does the iframe.focus();iframe.print() ; thing to print out the contents of the iframe. Whats inside of the iframe is meant to be print out on legal sized paper (8.5"x14"), which isn't the same as normal letter paper (8.5"x11"). In previous IE versions this worked like a charm. IE7, however, decides that legel size is not appropriate and applies the shrink-to-fit to shrink my beautiful legal sized document into a letter sized box.   Hello, I am building an application that works alongside explorer. The application generates some data that I then need to enter into som text fields on an explorer page. The application itself is currently in c# but this element could be rewritten in a different language. I am currently using Sendkeys but this relies on the windo having the focus, which I can;t guarentee, so I woudl like to find a way of sending data directly to a field.   One of our applications was broken after installing IE7. We narrowed the problem down to the below: WebBrowser browser = new WebBrowser(); browser.DocumentText = "<script src=\"file://c:\test\foo.js\"></script><p>test</p>"; This code works fine under IE6, but when running on IE7 you get the error: Line: 2 Char:1 Error: Invalid Character Code: 0 URL: about:blank It doesn't matter what is in the foo.js file, it can be completely blank and you will get the error. If you replace the file://c:\test\foo.js with a valid http URL (Internet zone), it works fine.
