  Hey guys! My situation is this, I am currently working as a Tech Service Rep at a Call Center that handles Broadband Support and have noticed a bit of down time between calls. So I ask myself, "What can I do to make the most of this downtime " And it came to me, I can use this time to actually work on my XNA game development!!! However, I don't think the good people here at my job would enjoy it much if I just went around installing Visual Studio on their computers so that only leaves me with one choice. I need a laptop. • gon_no1 Ranking Categories under the catalog root

  I'm having trouble getting Commerce Server to accept the ranks I assign to Categories that are children of the catalog root, ie the first category level..I have a hashtable that is keyed by Category Name and contains a rank as the value, and I want to update all categories in that hashtable to be the assigned rank. The code works fine for all Categories that are not the root, but the same code is failing if I try to rank the main catalog categories (specifically it's telling me it succeeded and all category ranks reset to 0). • brian_tsim No more Client Certificates after installing Root Update on Windows 2003

  After having installed the Jan 31st 2007 Root Update on Windows 2003 Server I've lost the possibility to use almost all my client certificates when accessing https pages of web sites on my machine. Only certs from a given CA are displayed. Not those from my local CA for instance. The CA certs are in the root store as before. If I try to connect to servers where the update is not installed I can see all my certificates.   Environment: Vista 2007 (final) Office 2007 (final) Outlook 2007 Search was working fine for 2 weeks and then it stopped for no apparent reason. I made sure that my folders were indexed. I rebuilt the indexes twice. I rebooted (obviously). Nothing works. I have not tried re-installing Office but I really prefer not to.   Good idea Joe! Okay, I'll go first.  I'm using Vista RC1 full time now.  The computer seems quieter--doesn't take so many trips to the hard disk for VM paging.  I find going back to XP an unpleasantry, so I think Microsoft is succeeding here. Glass is nice.  I think the performance is what I expected it to be on an Intel Advanced Graphics card (Dell Dimension 9100).  Office 2007 is also pleasant to use, but they stil have some cleanup work to do on their UI. • altamash IE 7 and Framsets

  I am using a simple standard framset, in IE 7 the target is all off, opening each page into a new window instead of the proper frame. Is there a solution for this, I have refrences to it being an issue caused with tabing but have not yet seen a solution. Thanks Rian Edwards I'm having the same problem..   hi. recently installed windows desktop search. now, however, when i go to my fedex account, it AUTOFILLS the state as my home state (GA) instead of the state I am sending to. Keeps defaulting with autofill data based on my personal profile with fedex. I uninstalled windows desktop search but problem continues to occur at the fedex site! • Ariel Mazuz Deleted product information persisting

  I am getting an error when attempting to add a new product: "A Product named 1234 already exists." I had added a product with the same properties before, along with discounts associated with the product. I then deleted the product and the discounts associated with it. The product can no longer be found in the catalog manager by searching or browsing. I've also looked through the productcatalog database, and found no entries for that product. The discounts have remained in the system and are visible in the Marketing Manager as Deleted Items.
