  Hey everyone this is my first post so of course its probably going to be easy so reply quick :-). Anyway here is what I am struggling with. I have a website that retrieves information through a xmlHttprequest object from a server. This object is formatted as a webpage, it is a XFDL form and uses a Object and a script tag like follows <object prop1="ScriptID" ...></object> <script id="ScriptID" ....> <--! XFDL CODE HERE --> </script> When I try to just inject the code I get an error (probably has to do with the plugin). So what I want to do is load it into the IFrame. My question is... Is there a way to build a page inside a IFrame tag without using an actual page (stream, element, ect) ...Show All

• Derek Comingore WDS 3.0 Beta2 / WDS 2.6.5 and PDF files / Adobe Reader 7.0

  I see that PDF is not currently supported (unchecked filetype in Advanced; and this PostID: 615984 ) in WDS 3.0 beta2, but I have had problems with 2.6.5 and one or other of the Adobe iFilters. I'm not sure which iFilter version is currently installed. I have Reader 7.0.7 installed now. Can anyone report iFilter which is most suitable for WDS 2.6.5 I had frequent crashes of an already-running instance of Adobe Reader 7.0 when WDS 2.6.5 was previewing a PDF file, and I then right-clicked that filename in the top pane to open it with Adobe Reader. And less frequently, WDS itself closed when a PDF was being previewed. And a minor but annoying feature: when a PDF preview occurs, focus changes to the preview pane rather than stay ...Show All

• pg1024 IE7 Beta Antiphishing

  I moved my master hard drive to a slave and installed a new master. I was trying to delete fiels off the old hard drive but there is one folder associated with the previous IE7 Beta installation that I can not delete. C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Antiphishing The folder is inaccessible and undeletable. How do I delete it Ending explorer.exe and using command prompt does not work. Still the problem is present, why can't this map be deleted I tried the above suggesting of logging into safe mode as admin and changing ownership to admin and deleting, but that did not work either.   How can I do this I've tried a bunch of foreach statements, even tried some Win32 stuff, and I havent been able to do it... the history folder is hidden. I'm able to retrieve all the contents, well, the dat files which represent in Windows the timings (Today, Friday, Thursday....2 weeks ago etc...) string[] theFiles = Directory.GetFiles(Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.History), "*", SearchOption.AllDirectories); You could try deleting the file, going through each item in the array[] and doing a System.IO.File.Delete() does this help I have 0 set as my setting and yet it still keeps history.   I am trying to load sharepoint in an iframe, and I need to login from Drupal (PHP CMS) I got the <iframe src="https://username:password@share.mycompany.com> but this just brings up the password prompt and if I click Cancel it logs me in. How can I login to Sharepoint by passing the username/password arguement through the URL No, I'm trying to login into Sharepoint 2003 through the URL. I am building an intranet where we will have all our apps in one place, and I need to load each users sharepoint account in an iframe.   Firstly, let's clear up the icon definitions. Favicons are those that are downloaded from the linked website and show the websites logo or whatever. The icons that we are all concerned with here in this fourm that are in error are the windows icons. These icons along with an array of others are usually contained in system dll files. Indexes into these files are kept track of in the registry and in the shortcut or favorite itself under properties. For example if the dll has 256 icons and windows calls the dll as shell.dll, 255 the 255 is the index into the icon file. In this case the last one (base 0). The problem here is with IE7.   When I click on the current HTML module and choose properties to change it, it just makes a noise and does nothing. Same happens when I try to insert a bran new HTML module, and any other module.   i have been thinking of a way to prevent piracy of programs i make and i came up with what I think is a solution that will help not only me but others by stopping piracy and establishing trust. A system simular to code signing but without the big price tag. I am still working on details but input is appriciated, this trust solution could be used to detect counterfiet software, as well it can be used to identify a small software publisher as a "trustable" source for honest software which is spyware/virus free.   Hello, Does anybody know how to stop the Windows Desktop Search from indexing from the dos prompt Problem is: my users connect with a mobile office card through a VPN. Outlook is setup to download only the headers but the indexer forces Outlook to download the whole message including attachments etc. If I turn off the indexer, only the headers are coming in. So I want to kill only the indexer but not the whole Desktop Search so they can still create searches of which is already indexed.
