  Hello, I've used a property grid in my project. I have a custom class, called Vector, which should be shown in the property grid too. So I used the TypeConverter and ExpandableObjectConverter. In the property grid, I see an entry called Location with a string representation of a Vector (like this "24;50"). I can expand this property and I see two sub-entries, called "X" and "Y". The problem: if I change the string representation everything works fine. But if I change the x or y values, nothing happens. That means the set-method in the Location property is not called.   Hi, I've implemented a form designerhost using the MSDN sample: DesignerHosting. I created some new properties using the IExtenderProvider interface and I implemented the IExtenderListService interface in my DesignerHost. Thas was the only way that my new properties were shown in the PropertyGrid for every component i added to the designer. This gone good. The problem is that I also implement a "Name" property using the a extenderprovider, and in the propertygrid this property nows appears TWO TIMES.   Hi I've been searching the forums for a couple days to find the solution to this problem but I have had no luck. I have a binding source on a windows form which is bound to a collection of type BindingList that holds a set of Portfolio objects. Each Portfolio object contains a collection which holds securities objects. The intention is that when the user selects a portfolio on the form, summary information for the securities are displayed. However I have noticed that when a portfolio object is set as the current object (bindingsource.current) it loses its securities. • Darathar ClickOnce Deployment and MS Word Print Template

  I'm really excited about the whole ClickOnce thing. But it appears I've run into a couple of problems: 1) the app includes a "Print" command, which uses a MS Word doc as a template to create a .pdf file. I can't get the doc to install with the rest of the app. 2) the reports that the app creates for the user seem to be disappearing when I update to a newer version of the app. That is, when starting the app running 1.0.0.5 and 1.0.0.6 is available, if I update the app to 1.0.0.6, the reports I have kept are no longer available. Of course part of this could be that I can't figure out where the h**l the files are for the app on the user's system.   Hi, I developed a WebCustomControl in c# 2003. Everything is fine but when I am trying to use this in VS2005 the control is not moving during design time. Actually it is locked.   This is driving me crazy, in the time I've spent doing this I could've built a car! Ok in .NET 1.1 I had no problems making a new thread and chaging GUI controls from it. However, in 2.0 I can't do that - I need to call a control's invoke() method so that it updates it in a thread-safe manner. There's only one problem though. Separation of presentation and logic. All my properties are stored in a Settings object, which is databound to my GUI controls.   Hi! I have a software, which should be run from CD (no installation), however I need to install - or offer to install .net framework 2.0 on the computer of course. I've tried ClickOnce and it works well, but it installs the software to the client computer. Now the question is, how to install the corresponding framework I expect that I will have to have a piece of unmanaged code, which determines if the framework is already installed (and starts my application) or that will start the right framework package (right platform and language).   Hi, I got 2 forms. From1 has buttons and some checkboxes to start a test after a button is pressed. If a button is pressed, it opens Form2. When i'm done with Form2 i close it. Then i get back to Form1 and then it starts responding slow. This only happens when i start a test that has filestreams and filereaders and some more stuff with files involved. How can i see whats making it slow I disposed everything in Form2 when it gets closed. Even when i close the Form1 its still running, I have to press the 'stop' button in order to continue.
