• Visual C# Having only one process running

  Basically, this is what I am trying to do: When a user runs the app, the first process is created, however, when a user then attempts to run the app again, rather then a new process be created, I want the the new process to recognoize that there is a process already running, and to tell the existing process to spawn a new window (form) and then die. At this point the existing process spawns a new window (form) and life goes on. I believe the basics of spawning the windows (forms) are through the use of Threads, and I have the basics of the forms being created correctly, and the and keeping the process alive through the life of the different threads, but, I can't figure out what I need to do to get the 2nd process to not run and instead use ...Show All

Using SQL Server 2005 and attempting to create the SQL Mobile CE example Publication and Subcripion.  I was able to successfully create the publication on the main server engine but when trying to complete the wizzard for the SQL CE Database subscription I receive an error.   I have a facttable, and it point to a Partition. In Process Partition component in SSIS, it ask to match the columns of the facttable to the Partition's Measures. I try and found all the Measures need to be point, or it will cause a mistake. But the quesiton is , I have a Measure which counts the num of rows. • SQL Server subscriptions are failing

  My data driven subscriptions are beginning to fail on a regular basis. I am using RS2000. Three types of errors are occurring - 1.) the Excel attachment is not sent or 2.) I get an invalid email error even though the email is correct or 3.) "The current action cannot be completed because the user data source credentials that are required to execute this report are not stored in the report server database." In all cases these subscriptions have been running successfully for months previously. When the failure involves a missing attachment or invalid email address, the problem goes away when I create a new subscription using the same subscription table information.   Hi All, I imported a database backup with no problems. I can view the data using the Studio. However, I noticed that all the tables are now pre-appended with a Schema name. This also applies to Views. How do I get 'rid' of this as my application doesn't know about the Schema and claims that it can't find the Tables and Objects I'm referenceing in the web.config.   Hi there, I wanna add forms in a dockpanel, with the sense to have dockable windows, like, as we have toolbax, properties window, output window in VS2005. These are hidable, closeable, moveable, etc. How can this be made with forms in a dockpanel using framework version 3.0 -Good day- You can't add forms to the dockpanel, instead you need to recreate all the functionality of the forms.
