  When the setup is nearly finished a error message pops up saying Can someone help Thanks In Advance! My account is the System Adminstrator and is the only account on the PC besides the guest account but it is not on. Any way I have just realised I am using a Windows Vista Transformation Pack that is not supported by it. • Game Technologies: DirectX, XNA, XACT, etc. ContentManager.Load doesn't give as many options as Texture2D.FromFile.

  My understanding of the ContentManager is that it is used to load assets which have been "compiled" into the project, and that on the 360, this is the only way to load assets to be used in the game. Unfortunately, it looks like loading a Texture2D doesn't give you any options, and understandbly so because it doesn't know about its FromFile method. However, I need to use this method to set color keys (and later, other arguments when loading the texture). So my question is how do I load assets which require other arguments aside from the name I'm guessing the quick answer to this is that I don't fully understand how the ContentManager works, but any information on the subject would be appreciated.   Hi: I have this page, it is runing fine for single value parameter. Now I am trying to pass multiple values from that parameter and to do so I checked mark the multivalued box for that report parameter. But, I am not able output any of the selected Items...please explain in detail. • .NET Development Transporting a newline character (\r\n) across a web service

  Hi, I had some trouble getting newlines to serialize across web services. I then read that a web service in .NET 2.0 adheres to a certain soap/xml standard wherein each \r\n character is serialized as \n. I've already written a string substitute class that overrides its own serialization and replaces the unix newlines (\n) back to Environment.Newline (\r\n). I was wondering if there is a better (cleaner) way to do this, e.g. some setting or tweak on the way objects are (de)serialized.   I do not like some of the defaults that Microsoft has implemented in the 2005 Pro edition. I would like to change them but am at a loss as to how to go about this. Help or direction will relieve my current frustrations. An example of what I would like to change is: the label default properties for 'Autosize' is set to true, I want this default to be false. • Visual C# Caret Position SelectionStart, Simple?

  This should be simple... I have a maskedtextbox on a form, and I've added an OnEnter event which I want to set the caret position to zero (it defaults to the end). From what I've read you should use the SelectionStart Property to do this, but I can't get it to work. In the debugger it seems to reflect the correct selectionStart position but even though I set the value the caret doesn't get repositioned. I've also tried setting the selection length to various numbers along with the selectionStart... Any help would be greatly appreciated. It works fine with me....... In all other browsers submenu appears on maroon background, but in IE7 the UL with the maroon bg is shown, but none of the subitems is visible. Not just invisible - they are not rendered at all. Any comments/hints welcome. This is the most serious issue I encountered so far - other stuff I keep under control. • Visual C++ adding a watchpoint (breaking when a variable changes)

  How is it possible to add a watchpoint in Visual Studio. A watchpoint is basically a conditional breakpoint that is _not tied to a codeline_. What I want to be able to do is to break whenever someone changes a particluar variable. There seems to be two options: "Watch" a variable and see for myself if/when it ever changes. This is slow, and doesn't really work if you're debugging event/time critical bugs. Debug->New Breakpoint->New Data Breakpoint. This seems to be what I want, but the menu option is always disabled (even when the debugger is running).   Hello, I have created 3 local cubes which resided in the same .cub file. The cubes created from AS 2005 cubes. How can I make ADOMD connection to all 3 cubes at the same time in my client application (C#) The problem is that Initial Catalog (database name) in connection string in case of local cubes is the same as the cube name.   Did anybody have problems with organizing report elements in free flow layout. I generate RDL from a template based on input parameters. The report consists of variable number of header text boxes, matrixes or tables, several footnotes, and several charts. Obviously it is impossible to predict where exactly (Top) each element will be positioned on a page. Problem is that if not specifying Top attribute result is hardly predictable. Matrix may come first, then header. Sometimes to get the correct output, elements inside RDL should be placed in reverse, which is bizzare.   Can somebody tell me where, on my TF Server the source code files for all my projects and solutions are Somebody hit home a point last week that we are not backing up our source code for our project which really had the alarm bells ringing.
