• .NET Development extensions aspx, asmx, etc are not registered in IIS

  hello, The VS2005 install is not registering the aspx, asmx extensions so I can not run asp.net applications, I tried aspnet_regiis -i but does not worked, the command don’t throw any error, but the extensions are not registered I tried with aspnet_regiis -i from framework version 1.4 and 2.0 no one worked, any ideas I tried with my user(admin) an with the administrator user, also tried to register manually in safe mode. • Smart Device Development Running MS CRM 3.0 Mobile on emulator

  HI all, I am tryying to run MS CRM 3.0 Mobile client to run on a Emulator. I am not sure this is the correct place to put this querry, if not please direct me. I have this setup MSCRM3.0 Server, MS CRM 3.0 Mobile both on single server and the MSCRM3.0MObile Client on emulator. The installation of the client goes through fine, but when i start it and give the needed authentication, it throughs up an error, "device registration failed".   Greetings, I am adding multiple Pictureboxes at runtime and I'm trying to add an AddHandler to handle the (left button) .Click and within that event be able to know which Picturebox was Clicked. Would somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong, my code is working as far as the handler is called, my problems are : 1. The handler is called for all 3 button clicks (not just left click) 2.   Is there a way to get the paper size of a PDF file   For example, if I have a PDF file called MyReport.pdf, is there a way to determine what the paper size is (8 1/2 x 11, 11 x 17, legal, etc.) without opening it in Acrobat Reader   Is that info embedded in the file somewhere   Thanks for any help...   I need to programatically find the particular port that is associated with my device (which is connected though a USB adapter). After inserting the USB connection for the device, a new port is displayed in the Device Manager under the "Ports (COM & LPT)" heading. The new port displays in the following manner: " Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM5) ". When I use SerialPort.GetPortNames() all I get is "COM5". • Visual C++ File name casing change when opening file via 'output window'

  Hello,I have a solution where some header files are #included that are not part of the solution.When the compiler complains about a compiler error in one of those header files and I open that file by double clicking the line in the 'output' window, then the filename is changed to all lower case. When I make a change and save the file, then it is overwritten with the new name and the previous casing is lost.Is there some setting I can change so that this doesn't happen, or is this a bug Regards,Frederik I see the same behavior when developer studio catches an exception in VS 2005.   My web application having program name as unique field. Same program name should not be used by multiple numbers. While doing load testing I will record with program name as Program1 and generated the web test. When I am calling this web test in my load test with 10 users all 10 users will try to create the program name as program 1. at this time validation message will come that program name entered is already exit in database.
