  rich text box control cannot paste when i select any thing(it may be image or text from internet explorer) and paste it in a msword it has got pasted including image and text when i do the same copy paste in my application which contain the richtextbox control i am unable to paste the images and i can paste only the links of the images can any one help me in pasting the images and text Hi, Try this, Before you run your program hit the PrintScreen button on your keyboard. Now run the program and left-click in the richTextBox. PASTE or Ctrl+V and you should get the window image within the richTextBox.   My ability to add data connections or data sources recently left. I cannot view a dataset in designer in previously created projects. I cannot create a new data connection in a new project. I don't know what's going on. I tried repairing the current installation. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Neither worked.   I am creating a dynamic DSN in a report to pick which database to run a query against. I have a fairly simple expression, ="Data Source=MYSQLSERVER;Initial Catalog=ADV_" & Parameters!DBNum.Value When I try to preview the report, I get the following error An unexpected error occured while compling expressions. Native complier return value: '[BC32017] Comma, ')', or a valid expression continuation expected.'.   First, I must admit that I am a C# novice and so I probably don’t have as much knowledge and experience on the subject of interface as most of you guys reading this post. • Smart Device Development device emulator network issues on vista 64

  So I had this all working on XP but had to mess with things and move to Vista 64... I'm unable to get the Device Emulator (the 5.0 SDK version and the 2.0 beta version) network card working. On vista, when I start it up, I get the error "Error: No VPC network adapters enumerated or no host network adapter with provided MAC address found." I've also tried running the emulator inside a XP guest with Virtual PC 2007, and the 2.0 beta version of the emulator seems to get its dhcp address fine, but I can only communicate with the host os, not the rest of the network. (I've installed the virtual machine network services driver on that guest). A solution to either of these problems would be wonderful - any ideas Thank ...Show All

  Hi, I'm currently writing a library (for XNA/DirectX) for animation/soundless video playback, and I have a few design questions for the pros out there if you don't mind answering them : I'm having my animation class inherit from game component, and update the frame depending on game time in the overriden Update method, and render it in the overidden Draw method, but even when I preload my textures to render, playback is choppy. Not sure exactly why, but I notice this only when I have significant number of frames (I noticed it with 100 frames, but *not* with 10/15). • Visual Studio Print Layout mode showing incorrect # of pages at first

  Sometimes when switching to Print Layout mode, it will say page 1 of 1, switch back to Interactive Mode and back to Print Layout mode again, and then it will display the correct # of pages. Anyone have any idea how to correct this FYI: I am using the report viewer in local mode. Most reports work just fine. I too have just updated to SP1 and am still experiencing the same issue. The first time "Print Layout" is selected (either manually or through code) the page numbers on the report control bar are one less than the actual page numbers (1 of 5 instead of 1 of 6). • SQL Server Conditional formating in Subtotals?

  I have subtotals in a matrix and I want to format the background color depending on the subtotal value - > 95 = "Green", < 95 > 90 = "Yellow", < 90 = "Red". I go to the Subtotal properties and put the iif expression in the background color, but it's not detecting the Subtotal value. How do I refer to the Subtotal value in a formating expression I think the InScope solution may be the key to my problem, but for some reason, it isn't detecting the scope. • Windows Forms DoubleBuffered property on custom controls?

  I have a custom control, derived from Control, that does all its own painting. I want to use double buffering on the control, so in .NET 2.0 I'd like to set the Control.DoubleBuffered property to true. However in Visual Studio, the DoubleBuffered property does not show up in the properties window for custom controls derived from Control. I can set it manually in my own code, and that seems to work, but why doesn't it appear in the designer Is this an indication I shouldn't be using it here If I derive from UserControl instead, the property is present.   Hi, A coworker of mine is experiencing some problems with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and long running Web Service calls. Any feedback on the problem would be greatly appreciated. The problem is as follow: He has a large SSIS-package that, among other things, contain a few Web Service Tasks. All of the tasks are executing as expected for small amounts of data. All the Web Service Methods have in common that they have a long running time. The running time depends on the amount of data. During requests with large amount of data the Web Service task fails with the error message “The operation has times out”, but on the server they see that the service call completes as expected (after quite some time, approx 200sec).
