• Visual FoxPro Date formatting in a report

  I have an older accounting app (SBT Pro) that is using VFP 5. I don't have the source code available, but I can modify things in the report design. Currently control text box in bound to variable txt_date which displays in the report as mm/dd/yy (i.e. 07/24/06). I need it to show like mm/dd/yyyy (07/24/2006).   Hi! I am a newbie, grateful for some help. I have a Source Ole DB w sql-command selecting the customer.salary and customer.occupation, which I want to match with demo_id in Ole DB destination. salary, occupation also in dim_demographic. But in Lookup editor I find no column demo_id... how do I do this The source has nothing to do with the lookup. In the lookup, you need to specify a lookup table or query. When that's done, then you map columns from the dataflow (your source) to columns in the lookup table. You'll have to have an ID column coming from the source query though.   Hi, I am trying to transfer the data from flat file to sql server.When I am running the package on local server(network server) it works fine.But when I use it to transfer the data to online server it starts and shows 2771 rows transfered and remains on that only, dosent stop or give a error.   Hello, I downloadade .net 3.0 RC1 and the sdk (1.1), when I tried to open a .csproj file it gets me this erros. • Visual Studio Team System i am connected to tfs server. how do I get a project called project1 from tfs server to my computer

  I have a data file in Excel which contains a lot of information for different hospitals. I want to create separate Excel files which contains the information specific to one hospital - I don't want hospitals to see data from other hospitals. • Smart Device Development problems with VS2005 and IE7

  Hi, if running VS2005 with IE7 (the beta, the final or the WinVista RC1 included one) it is not possible to create a new C++ "Smart Device" project. If I choose to create a "Win32 Smart Device Project" with Visual C++, enter a name for the project in the "New Project" dialog i'll get the "blub" sound, wich also appears if internet explorer blocks a pop up or an addon, and Visual Studio falls back to the "New Project" dialog instead of showing the details for creating the new application. i guess this has something to do with the internet explorer security settings and so I tried to disable them all or setting them to the lowest possible level... has anybody an idea how to get VS ...Show All

  Hi guys! This is sort of an SQL Server question... I have an opportunity to install Vista on my machine and I'm wondering which version I should install if I plan on doing development on SQL Server 2005 and VS 2005. Should I install Vista x64 or x86 Is there a significant performance increase when running x64 (I have an Intel E6400 and 2 GB RAM). Thanks in advance guys!!! • Windows Forms Border on Panel WIth EnableVisualStyles

  Hi If you have Application .EnableVisualStyles() and you set the border of say a TextBox or a DataGridView to Fixed3D you get the same border for both which is in the style of the current theme. If you do the same for a Panel, the border for Fixed3D is different and is the old style indented 3D border.   I am trying to connect to a FTP server using the FtpWebRequest class in visual basic 2005. Right now, I am merely trying to get a list of files on the server. I have the IP address, the username and password to the server. I also had to install a certificate in my browser.
