• Windows Forms Transparant form with non-transparant controls

  Hello, i would like to know if it is possible to make a form with the opacy 0% or an other way so it remains Invisible. And have controls (shapes for my program) which are visible. Im almost sure this is possible because, windows media player Got transparant parts in some skins. To make it understandable : I would like to make a form which is invisible, on that form must be a couple of round shapes which are visible I hope someone can help me, and i will really appreciate that. • SQL Server Increase # of chars Query Editor when looking at large varchar field

  How can I increase the # of chars so that when I copy a varchar(5500) field from Query Editor back into my Query pane, it displays all the characters, and doesn't cut it off Thank you, I know I increased that, but was looking at a record which only had a short length of chars to begin with so I wasn't seeing that the increase was actually working but good to know I was in the right place at least.   Hello all I'm new here, so I'm not sure whether I'm posting this in the right forum. I have just bought a Toshiba laptop today. I have been playing around with it (always had Windows XP, so Vista is brand new to me!) and everything had been fine till a few minutes ago. I uninstalled Norton (which was already on there) and installed McAfee instead. Installation was okay etc. So I restarted the machine and after the 'welcome' screen (before you arrive at desktop), a pop up box appeared saying something along the lines of "Instruction at 0xc4e9b825 referenced memory at 0xc4e9b825.   Is there a reason that gameTime.ElapsedRealTime.TotalSeconds and gameTime.ElapsedGameTime.TotalSeconds is never greater than 0.5 This appears to be the case no matter how long I wait between updates during debug. This is because in the internal workings of the XNA Framework, there's a private internal variable for the maximum elapsed time that can happen between updates. If the ElapsedGameTime or the ElapsedRealTime is greater than 500 milliseconds, then those variables are just set to 500 milliseconds. This is pretty common so that when you are debugging code in your game, when you resume your time based movement hasn't moved the character beyond the realms of your screen.   we have a sql server 2005 reporting services distributed installation db server has: sqldb01\dev, sqldb01\tst, sqldb01\beta web server is TestWeb01. This had dev, tst, beta installations of report server all reports are working ok except on beta. Beta was setup just a couple days ago so it has not worked thus far. all reports use a shared data source on beta(just like on dev and tst) here is the error on beta for all the reports: any idea (SQLDB01_DEV is not the shared data source name. SQLDB01_DEV was used by the developer when creating the report.
