• SQL Server Using SSRS 0n SQL 2005 Express-can not connect to report server

  I am using WIN XP PRO with IIS installed. Installation (including SSRS) seems OK. If I go into new project and select Business Infomration / New Report I can select datasource, etc, design a and get to a deployment window. Default is Report Server: http://localhost/ReportServer Deployment Folder: Report Project2 I can preview a report just fine.   Hi, i have a datagridview using a datagridviewComboBoxColumn implemented comboboxColumn's indexChanged event successfully and it was working fine till now. Now i implemented dataGridView_CellClick event to use for some other operations but still have no code inside it. I'm surprized with that after handling cellClick event ComboBox_IndexChanged event became dummy and program never use it. Why Or how can i use both cellClick and ComboBox_SelectedIndexChanged events Thanks. • .NET Development Application.ExecutablePath doesn't works well in Vista

  Hi experts. I have a Windows.Forms application that makes an initial call to  Application.ExecutablePath() . It is based in .NET Framework 1.1 and it works in Windows 2000, XP and 2003. It doesn't works in Windows Vista because this function returns strange characters with non-english characters in the path or EXE name (like "c:\Aplicaci o n\Aplicaci o n.exe"), and these characters are replaced by a square character.  In the .NET Framework 2.0 I have the same problem.  However, if I make a call to Application.StartupPath() , I get the path correctly, but I can't change this call and recompile it in all versions of the application.   Hi, I have just upgraded to windows messenger live 8.0 build 8.0.0792.00. It connects and reconnects constantly by itself whenever its likes. I 've Only just resently started having this problem... it began with being unable to change display pictures.. then being unable to add contacts... then getting constant pop-ups of the same people wanting to add me. I have allowed messenger in the program control with Zone Alarm. It is a very frustrating problem. I thought it may be a virus but my anti virus found nothing.   How does a list control position itself on a rendered report Is it based on the number of rows in the results I am having to move my list control down in the designer toward the middle of the body in order for it to show up near the top of the document. Any ideas UPDATE -> Looks like adding an individual textbox outside of the List control is what is causing the List control to be located strangely. I add a textbox to the top right corner of the page, and all of the lists from page 2 on are out of wack.   Hello everyone, I am still new to VB.NET and I am having a little trouble using TableAdapters. Now, I figured out the "Copy Always" thing, which seems to be a problem for beginners everywhere (are you listening MS ). My TableAdapter.Update() method works, but only if I move from the current record. I am using data bound controls. If I just make a change in a data field press Update button, nothing happens. For it to work, I have to make the change, move from the current record, and THEN press Update.   Hi First up - my apologies if this is not the right forum for this question. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate one for this question. I have come across an issue with my SQL Server 2005 Express Edition install. It has been running fine since the install (a few months back). And I can still interact (query, update etc) the databases just fine.
