  Hi, Is it possible to set a binding in a style Ie: A.xaml, B.xaml, Styles.xaml. Styles.xaml contains the style and A and B applies the style to my custom button type. • SQL Server Cannot connect ot SQL 2005 Express

  Hallo, i developed a little web-application. I'm using a SQL 2005 Express edition db but i cannot connect. i tried the connection strings from connectionstrings.com but unfortunately they dont list connectionstrings for SQL Express 2005. Thats the one i guess it should work with: Provider=SQLOLEDB;Data Source=SQLServerName\SQLEXPRESS;Initial Catalog=Lizenzportal;Integrated Security=true I always receive following error: No error information available: DB_E_ERRORSOCCURRED(0x80040E21) Hope you can help me with this issue.   I just read over on Neowin that gaming performance in Vista will be 10-15% slower in Vista. Can someone tell me whether or not this is true Thanks! - James It is apparently true for DX9 games (and below) and has something to do with the fact that behind the full-screened game, Vista will still be running Aero and everything else, and so taking up resources that could otherwise be used by the game. I thought I remembered reading that Vista was going to have a special setting for full-screen gaming that involved shutting down or turning off any resource that wasn't vital in order to give the games the maximum amount of computer power possible.   I am adding custom fields to the database and altering one of my work items to display the field. The field can be any of a list of values. This list will constantly be changing, but I could derive the possible values by doing a database quer y. Is there a way to update the list without constantly modifying the process template Can I base a list on a query Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.   I Have a windows form that has a series of checkboxes. When the Check box is checked and a "create button" is clicked I want the box that are checked to create the associated control on a new form. Creating the form and placing the controls are easy but I want the layout to flow if one of the check boxes are not checked. For Example I have a form with the following First Name Checkbox Initials CheckBox Last Name CheckBox If the user clicks first and last name checkboxes then I want a new form to be created with a textbox for first Name and a textbox for LastName.   In MSFAgile, the project manager splits the functionality of a scenario up into tasks that are then passed to the developers. What guidance exists concerning the size of scenarios, the number of tasks within a scenario, and the length of time needed to complete a task. • Windows Forms How to create a Custom Form that appears in the Toolbox and is droppable on the Design Surface?

  I like to create a dll with a custom form that contains other controls (buttons, check boxes, etc). I am using vb.net or c#.net (2005). I like the form to appear in the Toolbox and be able to drop it on the design surface. This behavior is the same as the provided dialogs such as FontDialog. Searching the web showed that I need to add a designer attribute of ComponentDesigner: "Set the Designer attribute for your custom dialog to be ComponentDesigner (instead of the default ControlDesigner). That should make it droppable in the design surface as a component." But I have not been able to make this work. • SQL Server "Product level is insufficient" error message on deployment machine

  Hi, I have a SSIS package which I had created on my machine, running Windows XP with SQL2K5 Development Edition. If I run the package through the BI studio or by clicking the dtsx file, it runs without any issues. When the same package is deployed onto another machine (SBS 2003 with SQL2K5 Workgroup Edition), the package errors with the above message when the dtsx file is clicked and run. However, if the source files are opened up and ran from within the BI studio, it all runs OK. I've ran through the SQL setup file (through Add/Remove Programs) and Integration Services is installed, however the SSIS service is not on the machine.
