  I would like to use the Maya plugin with Maya 8. Primarily, I would like to be able to assign FX files with the Hypershade and export to X files. Unfortunately, the December DirectX SDK only comes with Maya 6, 6.5, and 7 plugins.   Hi All, I have an application that is running a WebBrowser control. In my app I have a comboBox that has all the states in it .. Alabama, Alaska, etc. ...   Playing with IIS7. Strange problem. I can't create virtual folder for images. http://80.233.142.12/images/VistaUI_001.png Instead of image browser showing me nothing (IE) or image name (FF). But browser loading image! Somehow in last moment IIS adding some HTML stuff to stream and replacing actual image. What I did wrong I've just created a virtual directory and placed some pictures into it. Do I need to do something additionaly!! Directory browsing is enablea as you can see here . • SQL Server SSIS loses layout of precedence constraints when saving.

  This is more a medium level annoyance than a problem. When I save a package, close it and later re-open it, the precendence constraints end up all over the place making my neatly layed out diagram a shambles. Call me anally retentive if you like (you wont be the first ), but I find this extremely annoying. • Visual C++ windows.h not found...

  WOW, I can't believe this information isn't easier to find.  I downloaded and installed Visual C++ 2005 Express, and then downloaded and installed the Platform SDK SP2.  NOTHING WORKS!  The Directories are not found and there is no apparent way to set them.  Apparently users have found a hack to make it work, but this is crazy.  It seems like the first Microsoft person to install this would notice that it doesn't work and would raise the flag to the appropriate people so they can take the steps to fix it for their users.  Or at least document it on the very first page where it is downloaded, or the very first page of the documentation.  A user shouldn't have to hit forums to find out how to make a product ...Show All

  Hi My application sends notifications by creating a once-off subcription, then raising an event in Notification Services. This causes the notification to be issued immediately. I want to be able to create a notification that is not sent until some time in the future. I'm not sure if I should be looking at ScheduledRules or EventRules.   Hey, Continuing my habit of starting more games/projects than I can ever hope to finish, I decided on Thursday I'd write my own version of Scorched Tanks in XNA. What I've got so far is by no means close to being a game, yet, you could probably "play" around with it for 5 minutes or so, so call it what you will. It's working on 360 and Windows (without code changes of course) which is good news. What I've zipped is really just a work in progress for people to play around with and ask any questions (should there be any). • Visual Basic user control doesn't appear in toolbox

  Hi guys, I have a problem related to VS user controls and toolbox. i have 2 projects, one is where I define a usercontrol and the in other one I have a windows form where I want to place the userControl defined in the other project. Unfortunatelly, after adding the other project as reference, the UserControl defined there does not apear in toolbox :(. I should mention the the projects are in diffrent folders, if this helps you, and that if I make another project/solution and replicate the situation things go smoothly, as expected.
